Background
Karachi Steel & Rerolling Mills, one of the prominent steel manufacturers in Islamabad, faced increasing operational expenses due to rising energy costs. To overcome this challenge, the management decided to explore renewable energy. A comprehensive feasibility study was carried out, leading to the construction of a large-scale grid-tied solar system with rooftop installation.
Scope of Work
Conducted detailed feasibility study for rooftop solar integration.
Designed and constructed a 451 kW DC grid-tied solar PV system.
